Description of Coverage
Ward Room if confinement needed. Patient has option to upgrade room but has to pay the difference
St Lukes BGC and Asian Hospital is not included in the list of hospitals
Php 50,000 maximum benefit limit – per illness
Php 15,000 benefit limit for pre existing disease
Covers accredited doctor fees, lab fees, hospitalization fees, special treatment like Chemotherapy. Does not include mental health service.
